I'm writing this and timing this to come out an hour after the episode came out.
I just finished recording Episode 19 of the Podcast, Shadow Work: Connection. It's scheduled to upload later in the year.
The reason I'm coming back to do another post is because I uploaded the episode to my computer to edit later. Then I went to doom scroll until I fell asleep.
